“Sixteenth Slavic Readings: Memory and History in Slavic Languages and Literatures”, Sofia, Bulgaria

On May 30-31, 2024, Dalibor Sokolović and Stefana Paunović Rodić, team members of the VLingS project, took part in the “Sixteenth Slavic Readings: Memory and History in Slavic Languages and Literatures” (Шестнадесети славистични четения: Памет и история в славянските езици и литератури) conference, organized by the Faculty of Slavic Studies of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Their contributions titled “Domains of language use of the Banat Bulgarians in Serbia” and “The role of folklore in the preservation and revitalization of the Ruthenian language in Vojvodina” drew upon the results of the research conducted in 2023 within the framework of the VLingS project.
