On Tuesday, February 21st, 2023, the International Mother Language Day was celebrated at the Cultural Center “Žarko Zrenjanin” in Ivanovo. This event gathered numerous members of several cultural and artistic associations of the minorities in Vojvodina: “Bonaz Šandor” and “Stanko Paunović” from Pančevo, “Češka beseda” from Krušica, “Romaška” – the Association of Russians from Pančevo, and “Logarska dolina” – the Association of Slovenes of the southern Banat, as well as pupils of the elementary schools “Moša Pijade” from Ivanovo, “Dositej Obradović” from Omoljica and “Miroslav Antić” from Pančevo. Anđela Redžić, member of the VLingS project, was scientific consultant for the catalogue of the event and actively participated in the organization of the International Mother Language Day in Ivanovo.
