On October 24, 2022, the Institute for Balkan Studies of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts organized the round table “New Approaches in Multidisciplinary Research on the Balkans”, in which researchers from Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Romania took part. Annemarie Sorescu-Marinković, the leader of the VLingS project, talked about the project and the importance of studying language vulnerability and endangerment in the Balkan area.
